So a lot of it has to do with... cutting it against the grain twice, first for the big chunk and then as you cut off the slices or if you make it like a steak.

I ordered the Wagyu nigiri which was two pieces not much wagyu it was $30 for two bites and I was like I need more food after this now my buddy got some other kind of roll his was like 10 times the size of mine it was the same price so I might have just made a poor choice when I ordered but food food and drink are not cheap here breakfast is i would say breakfast is on the reasonable side after breakfast it gets much more expensive we went to the beachside bar that's right by the beach we had drinks there again 25 plus ish dollars for drinks there's one other restaurant and i cannot remember the name of it it's under ocean i want to say it was like peruvian or something like that we didn't get a chance to go there didn't even look at the menu my only complaint and this is about breakfast And I have no problem spending money for fresh squeezed orange juice.
