Your Install Team Is Training Itself. That’s the Problem.

I don't wanna say any names.

But, you know, the biggest thing for me right now in leveraging my network is because you know what my passion is.

My passion is enabling people to do the job that they need to do, which means training, wisdom, sharing knowledge, and we got away from it, so to speak, in a certain degree when 2020 happened.

Yeah.

A lot a, a lot happens in person that is hard to quantify, right? That's kinda what I took away from the last, my God, has it been six years? Wow.

It's like these hallway conversations, these water cooler conversations, these incidental interactions.

There is just an enormous amount of information that's passed along incidentally-

Yeah

... that is not being passed along.

And now you've got folks who they only wanna interact through text.

They don't even wanna hear your voice.

You know, and it's like, okay, I know I sound like I'm 120 years old, but the world has really changed a lot in these last six years.

And so you're out there on the road-

But-

... doing in-person trainings.

Is that what you're trying to say?

Yeah, I'm doing in-person training.

I'm doing, I'm using all the methods and techniques we have available to us.

So I'm gonna go back.

I'm gonna make this analogy.

Imagine you as a child coming into this earth, and you had to learn everything that you learn, but your mom said, "Hey, I'm gonna sit you down in front of this computer every day until you're able to go to school, and you're gonna learn everything you need to.

You're gonna learn to walk, talk, go to the bathroom, eat, sleep, from an online presentation."

I don't know.

We might be about 10 years away from that, actually.

I mean, but imagine how that would go.
