North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners

You have Tamarack Solar that's owned by David Katz, who was one of the pioneers featured in the film.

And then we have REC, Franklin WH, REC Group, Greentech Renewables, NABCEP, my company, Planet Plantsets, Enstall and Iron Ridge.

My parents just installed a Franklin WH battery in Agate to their house and they love it.

My dad thinks it's the coolest thing in the world.

In fact, I was just out in Atlanta teaching a class at City Refuge, which is near where you are.

So that was it's very rewarding, too, to see these people, you know, get their NABCEP associate credential and go out there and get a job and all that kind of stuff.

And so, you know, getting a job is really important.

Like even if I taught a class and one person got a job, it's totally worth it.

It's an easy flight into Huntsville and then a short 30-minute drive.

And the website, again, is RuralRenaissance.org.

RuralRenaissance.org. And the NABCEP conference too, which is going to be in March, is also going to be in Alabama.

And I'm going to be teaching my first ever combination PV associate class.

LLM, that's large language models.

And by the way, we want to tell everybody, You have your NABCEP associate.

Yes.

So we're all in the same playing field here.

So if we take care of each other and, and really work to get the bad actors out of the game, I think we'll see a lot of good happen again.

Yeah, so I usually tell people to go to the NABCEP website.

So that's, like, a really good resource 'cause you can go on there and you can search for people that are certified or have NABCEP associate or anything like that-

Uh-huh

... by zip code and distance from the zip code and all that.

And so that's a really good way to find people.

Plus, besides being NABCEP certified, if they do something bad, NABCEP could actually take away their certification.

Yeah.
