Ali Modami on Two World Series Titles, Young Aaron Judge, and Life as a BP Pitcher | Ep. 16

Ali Modami has thrown batting practice for two World Series championship-winning teams, the 2008 Phillies and the 2019 Nationals. Jayson Werth was lucky enough to play with him in both cities. Jayson sits down with his longtime friend for a conversation full of clubhouse stories, what the job really looks like from the other side of the screen, and one very strange batting practice session with a young Aaron Judge that left both Ali and Jayson completely confused. Before the interview, Jayson breaks down the NLCS and ALCS and what has stood out to him as the playoffs roll on. He also shares great news from the track: his horse, Outfielder, has found the winner’s circle. 🔔 Subscribe for new episodes of Werth Talking About every week 📲 Follow us everywhere: @WerthTalkingAbout Presented by Athletes First and MLBPA. #Phillies #AaronJudge #JaysonWerth #NLCS #ALCS #mlbpa #mlb #baseball **COZZI JEWELERS** Visit Cozzi Jewelers in Newtown Square and see why they've been recognized as one of the region's best jewelers for decades.
