So, again, with this concept of aging, You know, again, like like I was saying earlier, it's like one of the biggest condition responses to aging is it's oh, my God, it's it's a terrible thing.

And is that the case? Right, Mike? So some of the questions I ask, is that the case? And if that's the case, then why? I mean, might as well kill yourself now.

right but i mean people tell me you know when they have all this knee pain and hip pain and all this don't get old so apparently they want me to die now but don't get old because you know it's gonna it's gonna be a horrible quality of life and i've talked about it people say

right exactly but but you hear it all the time you hear it and it's it's i think again i think it's part of the conditioning I think it's part of the conditioning of when they see these things on TV or when we've been conditioned to kids because we've seen our grandparents be debilitated sometimes and they're sitting in their chair and they can barely move or they have a walker or a wheelchair and those types of things.

Quality of life is a thing, right? John, I'm sure you've seen it many, many times, even in your circles and people that you've seen, right?

And, you know, I think, again, it's, you know, these people that say that give those lines and say, like, oh, don't get old or, oh, man, it's hard getting old or these knees or whatever.

I think they've fallen into the bigger trap that we've talked about on this show before, and it's the food quality trap.

that is creating the, you know, inflammation and it's creating arthritis and bone on bone cartilage is being eaten up by poisonous food.

And yeah, if you're, I mean, if you fall into that trap, which is a bigger trap, Again, in my circles, I run into a lot.

I have a very aware circle, which is kind of interesting now that I've been in it.

Like whenever we're talking about that, well, you know, those seed oils, you know, are really bad and they go into all these different things.

So I think it's a bigger trap than just aging, you know, and then you want to justify aging in some way where it's not your fault.
