Vayelech 5783 - The Excitement of Children

This week's parasha, parashat Vayelech, we have the mitzvah of Hakkel, which is once every seven years at the end of the Shemitah year, at the end of Sukkot, the king will gather all the people, Hakkel, he's going to gather in all the Anashim, the Nashim and the Taf, the men, the women, the children, the Gerecha, Shevish Arecha, for what? They're going to bring them to Yerushalayim, they can learn, they can internalize, and they can know, they're going to fear God, they're going to learn to have all of HaKadosh Baruch Hu, and they're going to be able to keep all of this Torah.

That's the famous Gemara in Hagigah, Rashi brings it out, brings it over here, what did the Tav come for? Why are the children being brought as well?
