And I guess just knowing some about the success of it, you're looking at increasing disposal accuracy from 30% to as high as 96%.

That's what was shocking to us is the first time we tested this when we were moving away from the robotic sorting bin, which was an infrastructure disaster, you know, you're like almost like an RVM equivalent now.

Nobody wants to put this thing in front of like, it's so, you know, big and ugly.

And you usually see RVMs or these capture systems be put on like the basement floor or somewhere hidden.

And so what we wanted to really do is how can we fit next to every single or the most valuable hotspots that exist? And that really started helping us change that behavior from, you know, 30-something percentage, 27% typically, all the way to 96% and even 98% is...

We're capturing people's attention and then nudging them, but also understanding different personas, right? There is the too fast, too furious people that approach the bin and they're extremely quick.

So what we need to do for them is Oscar detects meters away and is just simplifying the screen to like bottle here, can here, right? So it's very, very quick for them.

But then there's different personas that actually want to throw something away, but also want to check out what's in their pocket.

That is how you become relevant and you earn attention is if you're at a Taylor Swift concert, you start not with climate and sustainability and recycling and shaming people, but you start with Taylor Swift.

capture people's attention, give something away, then move towards, hey, that bottle in your hand belongs in this bin.

And so that's, I think, has been one of the biggest failures in waste management or sustainability or climate communication is we're we're either too intense with like data or we are, we are, we are trying to really scare people.
