And that's specifically talking about how Hunter Dickinson was waived by the Pelicans.

And I have no idea why he was.

Like, this is a 7'1 guy who's on a team that could honestly use a solid big man.

And I know he was a two-way player, but with the way he played in the G League, he could have gotten some real minutes in the NBA.

Now, looking at his numbers in the NBA, just want to double check.

Let me get that up.

He wasn't averaging all that much because he wasn't getting that much playing time due to him being a two-way player.

And I understand the frustration he may have, but he was killing it in the G League, averaging 17 and 11.

And if you're averaging 17 and 11, what are you doing? As a team, what are you doing to the point where it's like you shouldn't really bring him up and have him as an everyday player, considering how bad you are? But looking at his regular season numbers, all right, yeah, regular season two, Two and a half points, a rebound, barely assist, and 35 from the field.

But honestly, his numbers weren't even that great.

He played five games, averaged at most eight minutes per game.

So he's not going to get that much.

But with a real opportunity, he can thrive.

And I think this is where the Warriors come into play.

They have several open roster spots.

one of which can be used on a two-way player and another few that can be used on regular season players.

And I think Dickinson is the perfect guy.

You just give that opportunity to.

Remember, this is supposed to be a gap year.

And what happens in gap years? You develop youth.

And I want to say Hunter Dickinson may not turn into an all-star, but he's the perfect, let's call it, upgraded replacement.

Yes, he can't shoot the three in the same way, but he's definitely more physical in the post than, say, Quentin Post was.

Pun intended.

But you bring in Dickinson, a guy who can grab rebounds, who's 7'1", can get physical, that's exactly what you need.
