WSS113 - Forward March

So should we move straight on without, uh, any more ado to the, uh, war room and what's new in wargaming, Guy? [keyboard clicking]

First off on my radar is the new kits from Zvezda.

This is Zvezda CMYK War Europe.

They have, um, developed eight buildings.

The unique thing about these buildings is you can split them to make them damaged, so you can build them on the table as a complete building or pull them into parts, and then they become damaged buildings, or of course take out an entire section, and they become semi-destroyed buildings.

Very clever idea.

They've got eight in a range, which includes a church, a manor house, barns, standard houses, and cottages, all with a French feel.

So can you build them so they're one thing, and then as the game goes on, knock bits out of them, or do you have to-

Yes

...

Oh, nice.

I've seen that done with 3D printing, and it looks fabulous when you can take parts away to slowly destroy them.

I think it's a very clever idea.

Quick and simple to build, great on the table, and of course, if you want to add a little bit more detail, like I'm sure Chris and I will, then, um, we can do that too.

And I assume CMYK means they come fully-

Yep

... obviously painted.

I'm not sure if...

Are they painted? Are they, e- they...

Anyway, they, they-

Etched, whatever you want to say, yeah

How very simple.

So next piece of news I have, which, um, I think everybody in the entire world has probably heard already, but it deserves to be covered, the, um, cloth is off, and now we know what the next epic release is gonna be, and of course it's gonna be Warlord Epic Zulu.

It, it just fills me with dread painting, you know, thousands of Zulus.

The Zulus, thousands of them.
