Quick version is I had something break that was under warranty, and they made it impossible to get my money.
I did everything they asked and more.

Um, it's been 14 or 15 weeks now since the claim was submitted, and I don't have the money.
Um, this all culminated in me saying a few things I can't take back on a recorded line.

The, the check's gonna get cut on Friday." And I was like, "Oh, is it? I don't believe you." "It's gonna get cut on Friday." "Why can't it get cut today?" "They don't process checks until Friday." I'm like, "I understand that that is a thing in the world, so I'm gonna let it go.
