Swami SarvapriyanandaHostOur tendency is to slip back into our body, mind, or sense of, uh, functioning and thinking.
So to do that, like we did yesterday, to do that, exactly what we did yesterday, but we will do it in the form of a non-dual meditation.
Yesterday, in the first session, it was in the form of shravana, hearing.
In the second session and the question answer, it was in the form of manana.
We gave some arguments, then we asked questions and reasoned it out and discussed it, but now we will stay with it.
This nididhyasana, non-dual meditation, which we will do now, has three phases, three parts.
Just relaxation, making the body relaxed, the mind relaxed, and the mind attentive.
Those who do the full yoga nidra in Shavasana, probably it is the deepest relaxation one can get on this side of deep sleep.
