So how do you add up your last week, Alice? Give us just scores or from sort of home or personal and running.

You know, I think we've shared before that I did medicine, clinical medicine for a long time.

But actually, I stopped practicing when I went into finance and I gave up my license.

But I got my license back in the last week because I'm going to be starting a bit of medical work again.

So that was actually quite a weird feeling just to... get that sort of tick up and got my full license back.

Like, for example, if I wanted to start writing some prescriptions, I know that I'm not going to, but it's just small things like that in your mind.

My Saturday session, you know, everybody who's been listening will probably remember that my coach has been setting these sessions where I do my warmup, I do a marathon pace block, I then run a 5K or park run, and then I do some more marathon pace blocks.

So, I think week before, I said I was too busy talking to a friend and I missed the park run, so I had to do my own.

marathon there was 5k was starting at a sort of quarter past 11 so anyway I did I got to the park nice and early it was mayhem because they had park run and then they were setting up for the 5 10k and a half there were so many people running so by the time it got to 10 past 11 first of all I also was really a sort of tour guide and showing so many people to the start of the race and I mean, I don't know how I got involved.

Maybe I look friendly, which I don't think I look friendly, but for whatever reason, a lot of people ask me, where do I go? So I was jogging people back and forth to the start, showing them where to start.

They lined us up with a 5K, a half marathon who had already been underway for something like, I don't know, 45 minutes.
