What was I saying though? Yeah, for social media back in the day, I think most people are kind of aware of this, but the idea is like, if anyone, like most people here are probably familiar with psychology, but like being mysterious is something that helps you excel in psychology.

people's, in attracting attention, right? So when it comes to something like the social media space, the more that you really hide who you are, the more that things are certain mysterious and stuff, such as like how you grew this physique, what is his secret? This is things that like people will kind of latch onto as like, okay, well, I'm going to follow this guy.

Or like, there's just this curiosity that is hard for you to Kind of like control, I guess, maybe in a way or something.

Well, the way that I blew up on social media was before people ever really talked that openly about PEDs unless...

make any false claims or claims whatsoever but uh people that knew about it were just aware but by not saying anything the people that weren't aware obviously they're like oh my god dude like let's follow this guy like can you give me our secret and shit um that's how a lot of creators kind of started off to be honest um but in my opinion like there's nothing very fulfilling about that plus i mean what's what what what was i really doing for people really aside from like a little bit of motivation i don't feel like i was really offering as much to the world and what the is the point i mean just like not talking about the stuff that i feel like is worth talking about and so i just started talking about it i think it's more valuable

no i think it's cool man you know it's funny i i made a I thought about this the other day about kind of the current state of the fitness world.

I know a lot of people online have been talking about it's gotten worse since they've come on board, where there's a bunch of kids taking things that they probably shouldn't be, like gambling apps being promoted through fitness and all things like that.

But I really think that you and your podcast puts things in a very positive light as where like I've seen some people promote things in just the worst way as possible and then they don't educate.

And I think that's the biggest thing about your podcast is you bring people on who are who are transparent, but also are educated in the field to the point where like a younger person, which probably still shouldn't be on the Transparency Podcast, someone like 18, 17, 16, but even if they do listen and they're able to take something positive away from it and make a good decision based on the information provided, you know, because there's, I've seen, bro, there's been a lot of kids and teenagers just hopping on stuff.

with no regards to like obviously you're a teenager you don't know better right you just do whatever you know and this um i was struggling with like how open to be online whether you like because when you do share all that stuff you're not just in the room with like adults right social media is your adult friends and then there's a 16 year old also following you this is 15 year old following you this 13 year old following you and it's just like is that my responsibility to like show to them and like my final conclusion was like i should do my best to be responsible but at the end of the day their parents should be monitoring what they're on and minds and what they're doing, you know? Yeah.
