And What of Floon?

But, um, yeah, up until, uh, just recently, Troll in a Hole was my favorite breakfast, but not anymore.

Yeah.

[laughs]

So what's going on in our adventure? Uh, well, hey, look, this is, like, our second session, so not a lot.

Uh, our characters have been hanging out at The Yawning Portal, uh, you know, a classic tavern in the city of Waterdeep.

Waterdeep, City of Splendors, Jewel of the Sword Coast, yada, yada, yada.

Uh, they, uh, their, their, their, their hang session got interrupted by kind of almost like a, a gang fight between two factions, uh, that are, uh, vying for control of Waterdeep, the, uh, the Xanathar and the Zhentarim.

Are those two names gonna be confusing for our players? Yes.

Are we gonna try and get them right? Eh.

Are, am I gonna have to re-explain them pretty much every episode? Also yes.

[laughs] Um, that fight was defused just in time for a big old troll to climb out of the portal in The Yawning Portal.

There was a fight, uh, and our, our, our heroes barely-

I asked him some questions

... barely squeaked out a, uh, [laughs] out of a Total Party Kill and didn't all get murdered by a troll.

Good job, everybody.

Uh, level one.

[laughs]

Level one.

I have one hit point.

Level one.

Yep.

Uh, technically I think, uh, Yikes was unconscious, but we'll assume has been revived.

And, uh, I think that at the end of last session you were approached by somebody who was interested in talking more.

Is that, is that what you remember?

Uh, I do now.
