The World Conquer Championships.

We've spoken about this before.

There's a new story there.

The Sunday Blues we might chat about as well.

And I might do that.

We'll see.

We'll pick some of those across the morning.

Talking about the Sunday Blues.

Yeah, go on.

I slept like a log all week.

Okay, and you couldn't sleep last night.

Do you think I could sleep like that now? Well, okay.

I'll do it very briefly.

Scientists have discovered that the Sunday blues are more than just a dip in mood.

Now, I know there's somebody else working here who was on holidays recently and they found it so difficult to come back.

Said it was like coming back to school.

That was nothing to do with sleep, though.

Nothing to do with sleep.

No.

Just like, just the idea of the Monday morning coming back.

The

chair is awkward that way.

Yeah, you know exactly what I'm talking about, don't you? But I find, look, that's just, I think it's in your head.

Once you come back and you're in the door, everything is pretty much the same.

Yeah, I'm kind of here now going, was I on holidays?
