A lot of people don't realize early Speedmaster dials have white paint underneath the tritium, 'cause they knew the tritium would wear out.
So really, they're designed to have the tritium scraped off and you see the white paint underneath.
Swatch New Jersey actually said, "We need to service this in Switzerland." So I'm like, "Cool." So they handled sending it to Switzerland and everything, and they had a remark, "Dial may remain in present condition."
