I used to be getting out of bed and going at 45 at 5 o'clock in the morning for the 5.30 class so I could be back by 6.15 before Shams woke up while he was still in his crib stage and toddler bed stage.
So when he was still there, and obviously Tommy was laying in bed next to me because obviously no one was awake in the house.
there are so many things that I can do at home that are like, I'll tell you exactly what I'm talking about.
I hope you guys have grabbed your coffee and got your sneakers on and lace it up and let's get into it.

It's the like lean into the 5 a.m. thing because all of the self-care can happen before the day really starts.
And this quiet hour is like you wake up before sunrise because it takes a minute, right? Your whole plan is to go outside.
And I was like really surprised how many people that I know that have dogs and don't walk them.
So when you guys take your dogs out, it is time for them and time for you and they deserve it.
But what I've been doing is when I wake up, I was going through this thing where I didn't know what my purpose was that day.
And I was like, wait, what's your deal today? What do you care about? What's important to you today? And if that's not clear the night before, then you can kind of stay lost.
