West Hollywood

It's just a really easy costume to do because it's just probably stuff you already have in your closet.

And I bet there will be at least one naked Billy in West Hollywood in San Francisco.

Walking around brushing his teeth.

Exactly.

But you can see everything is always the conversation topic, no matter what.

Yes.

We're going to see so many Elizabeth Holmes and Nathan Fielders in West Hollywood tomorrow

night.

You learn so much.

But when I was driving back, so I moved out to LA after I sold because that's where the company was stationed and I was going to help with the West Hollywood location of Rumble.

And I ended up closing that location and I'm driving back 3,600 miles.

But New York City saved my life and I didn't want to come back empty handed.

Coming up, a roundup of family-friendly Halloween events, including one that promises to be a smashing good time.

Then a Walnut Creek native climbs to new heights in Hollywood.

The stunt he just pulled off to celebrate his new documentary.

We'll take you outside for a live look from our roof camera looking at the Bay Bridge this morning.

Time now to go on the red carpet.

National Geographic is taking the promotion of their Everest-based documentary to new heights, quite literally.

Oscar-winning director Jimmy Chin and elite skier-mountaineer Jim Morrison, who is a Walnut Creek native, by the way, rappelled down the side of their own billboard in West Hollywood to celebrate the release of Everest, The Other Side.

The film documents Morrison's emotional journey towards skiing down the north face of Mount Everest.

We have live team coverage on this wet Hallow's Eve.

Eyewitness News reporter Riley Carroll is live in West Hollywood, where the witches and ghouls are getting ready to dance through puddles.

But first, let's get a look at when and where you'll see the rain come in with meteorologist Carly Gomez.

Good morning.

All right, the kiddos can get started early, but the adults, they of course are going to be partying well into the evening hours.

Rain or shine, many Halloween celebrations will still get underway across Southern California.

And then it got taken over by Coors and the Silver Bullet.

And so now it's mainly for adults, especially in West Hollywood.

They have a huge, huge ass party in West Hollywood every single year.

They close streets down, hundreds of thousands of people gather, and everybody is enjoying themselves in West Hollywood.

But, well, let's do a little bit here on West Hollywood, see what's going on.

The streets are closed, so that's going to affect you.

Even if you don't live in that area, you are going to be affected with traffic.

This is one of West Hollywood's biggest events.

Yep.

Now known as West Hollywood.

Is it West

Hollywood? No, my darling.

Well, I'm so sorry.

I live near the beach.

I live in West Hollywood.

It's not.

The manager gave us the address of the place she worked and we checked it out.

It was an exclusive gift shop on La Cienega Boulevard in West Hollywood.

We located Lenore King back at the main packing desk where she was employed as a gift wrapper.

When we put the question to her that a man answering the description of the jewelry store bandit had been seen visiting her, she readily admitted it.

We have 15 council members.

Some cities like Santa Monica, West Hollywood, they have their own mayor.

So they're not represented by those council members.

But that in mind means, wow, LA is fucking big and densely populated.
