So there's not a ton of news right now.
There is one quick thing about visitation statistics.
Yellowstone National Park hosted nine hundred and fifty-eight thousand seven hundred and six recreation visits in July of 2026, and that's down 2% from July of 2025.
Visitation in July showed an 11% decrease from July of 2021, which was Yellowstone's record-breaking year with over four point eight million recreation visits and the busiest July on record.
So far in 2026, the park has hosted about two point six million recreation visits, down from one... or down 1% from 2025 and down 1% from 2021.
Basically, all that that means is that park visitation is still very busy.
It just has taken a very slight dip this year compared to other years.
That could be because of higher gas prices.
It could be inc- a decrease in international travel due to increased rates to visit national parks.
Could be any number of reasons.
But park visitation is down just a little bit.
If you're concerned about the park not being popular, uh, don't worry about that.
Park's still very popular.
