Padres vs Giants Postgame Wrap Up Show: Padres 7 Giants 5

I'll start with my rant.

I see the supers that are rolling in.

I promise, guys, I'll get to them.

Oprah and SD by PNW and Tom, I appreciate you guys, and we'll get to all of them here tonight.

I just want to rant.

I don't know if I want to rant.

I just want to talk about it truthfully.

I was concerned coming in because you don't have Ty France who's on the paternity list.

I'm like, are they going to generate offense? To their credit, they did.

Like you score seven runs, you have to win 99% of the time.

And when you score seven runs at Oracle, you have to win 99.9% of the time.

And when you build a 7-1 lead, you have to win 100% of the time.

They did.

Like the end result is the end result.

So we have to maintain that point.

We have to hit that point home constantly here tonight.

But I'm just thinking through my thoughts here tonight.

This thing should have been done.

It flat out should have been done.

And the reason you acquire Robbie Ray is to be able to hold leads.

I mean, if you're going to give him a lead, he's got to go six innings.

And truthfully, tonight he shouldn't have even gone five.

I mean, they obviously should have gone to the bullpen.

I mean, you can't walk two in that inning either.

Like, if they're going to hit you, they're going to hit you.
