So realistically, the people and the culture aspect of 911 centers.

So today we're sitting down with Adam Tim, founder of The Healthy Dispatcher.

His story was really fun to hear, including the part where he almost got fired from LAPD.

But what came out of that journey? So here's what you can expect to hear in today's episode.

We talked about Adam's honest career journey, his story of burning out as a dispatcher, how he used to be known as Angry Adam.

kind of the weight that the position and the normalcy that encouraged in terms of that anger and burnout and what that kind of turning point looked like for him.

We talked about the stress reduction program that he built from scratch inside LAPD and what it taught him about culture and that foundation it built for his founding of the Healthy Dispatcher.

We talked about what's driving the staffing and retention crisis in 911. and why technology alone won't fix it and why the people behind that technology are crucial and that partnership is crucial to its success.

And we just lightly touched on where AI fits into this conversation.
