Well, it was – I cut my teeth with you trying to figure out how to do this with people in the most expensive part of the country.
And it was there that I realized that so many realtors don't understand the financial side.
I hesitate using the word creative, but – You know, when you're talking to someone who's been renting for two grand a month for five years and no one explained to them, you know, 55 percent of the renters that most recently surveyed still think you need 20 percent down.
No one explained to them about using an FHA three and a half percent, you know, loan for them to.
Your parents decided to get together when they did, and that's when you were born.
Are we going to continue? I think right now we're probably at a tipping point, probably going to look at the market adjusting.
And what's going to happen for 2027? Are we gonna get another spring uptick? I don't know.
But in the meantime, your average renter's out there, 2,100 bucks for a two-bedroom apartment.
This isn't an extra thing you're buying, especially for the savvy people who understand what you talk about.
