Now, you may disagree about when...
You want to have sunshine or now sunshine or whatever else, but the house passed the Sunshine Act, right? And this is for daylight savings time.
We don't have to switch our clocks anymore.
And pretty much everyone agrees that they don't want to switch their clocks anymore.
We can argue over when to switch them.
And, you know, I would prefer just standard time.
That's me, but...
In the end, what's more important to me is that we stop doing it.
I think we can always adjust it later.
Hopefully somebody doesn't come to a stupid conclusion that we need daily savings time again, but you never know.
There's a lot of stupid people in this world.
It's very easy.
Oh, a group of stupid people together becomes a Congress, right? And so what I hope would be done, because they only got a week or two left before they're going to go on vacation until after the election again.
So what is it? The first week or two in November is already daylight savings time again.
So the bright-brained people over there in the Senate seem to be twiddling their thumbs, as they did with the SAVE Act and everything else, and not going to pass anything.
I think that this is the... uh the biggest failure of congress ever the this body of or out of all the congresses all the senates throughout history this is the biggest failure of them all uh john thune is the start of it the republicans are the star of it and they can't get over their own two feet they can't even walk and it will be remembered as the biggest failure of all time and John Thune will be the star of it in fact Mitch McConnell is remembered as the spender of somebody that is weak and wouldn't stand up for stuff and we see Mitch McConnell what he was gone for 80 some days and now he's back but we all laugh and make fun of him I mean it's sad to see what has he's amounted to but Based upon what he's done for this country just shows you of how evil and bad of a person he is.
And if he wanted respect and everything, he should have stood up for values instead of bending over backwards and allowing Democrats and evilness to pervade.
persevere in every single way he couldn't even stand up you know couldn't even get passed and repeal the ACA or anything like that right they kept all that they increased spending they that when Obama was in office they were the ones that helped get the smooth moot act kind of you know revoked for the most part right and And so there's a multitude of things that Mitch McConnell's done.
And, you know, the sad part is, is that we may not get anywhere.
You know, we have to put people in place so that when these people die, we can make significant changes.
Right.
And that's one reason why I think elections are important is that we can still put people in there that eventually will make a change.
