She's going to be at Fire Station 9 discussing this plan she has come up with to keep the fire station open.
But between bands, I sent an email off to the governor's office and asked if possible if the governor could call in this morning to the program.
But I figured even if she could call in for a few minutes during that hour, I'm sure he would not mind.
So usually what happens when the governor is coming here, first of all, if we even have advance notice, but if we reach out, we don't hear back.
But I figured I would reach out and try, and I gave them the VIP line and gave them the times that we're on and good times to call.
But my guess is whoever, you know, the person that I emailed probably isn't going to check their email until after 8 o'clock this morning.
And by that point, it'll be too difficult to get a hold of the governor before I get off the air.
So we will have the council president and we definitely will talk about what went on in Thursday night's meeting because it's still a topic of conversation.
It's still something that people were commenting on on social media over the weekend.
Not only when it comes to figuring out this ordinance, but just about is there a rift here in the city council? Is this going to make it difficult for the council to do work going forward? So I definitely have a lot of questions for how things went down Thursday, and I'm sure you do as well, and we'll take your calls during that segment.
