Like, I want to just jump right into it because, you know, this is a topic that comes up a lot in private practice and, you know, other entities, hospitals, etc.

So I'll start with a question that I always start with, which is, you know, you could do a lot of things with your time and energy as a neuropsychologist.

So, you know, just I think like everybody, we're trying to manage what seems to be like longer, longer wait lists.

We had we tried doing a lot of education with different referring providers and referring departments on kind of when neuropsychology might be helpful, when it's maybe less helpful.

And it kind of felt like whatever we were doing, we were, our wait list was getting longer.

You know, we're getting referrals that are essentially saying things like evaluate and treat, which is kind of, it's hard to know kind of the urgency of, you know, how quickly does this kid need to be seen when we're not really quite
sure what the referral question is.
