So I discovered something listening to an interview that I want to share with you.

But this gentleman was talking, he's a German doctor, about how COVID, the disease, the virus itself, the spike protein and the vaccines, and social media, large language models, all of these things, 5G, all of it, negatively affect your hippocampus, which is located within the brain.

It's sort of like equal parts brain and gland, kind of like the pineal gland, right? And it controls your impulse control, like your emotional control bandwidth, but also things like your olfactory senses, sense of smell, taste.

Spiritual memory and quote wisdom, meaning it's the thing that pulls up past memories and connects dots in your brain.

So the pattern recognition going like perspective going, this isn't that big of a deal.

This is in cognitive empathy, doing thought exercises like, oh, that person's just X, Y and Z in their day.

that all of these factors have greatly diminished the hippocampus from being able to turn over new cells, grow new cells, and stay fresh, if you will.

And having gone through mold toxicity, like acute mold toxin exposure, myself, I was like...

I've noticed all the symptoms he mentioned, not obviously the more exaggerated ones, but like lack of curiosity, feeling overwhelmed.

Not like the lithium dose they give you for bipolar disorder or whatever, but just as a supplement.
