that you have your hybrid I was going to say we have a little bit of a fuzzy connection, but you have your hybrid cohort coming up.

Why don't you tell people a little bit about that? And I was glad to see Paul Wilson involved.

And I think Paul has a lot of knowledge around a lot of things that I don't have when it comes to testing stuff.

Um, and, um, and so I asked him, I'm like, Hey dude, like, would you want to, would you want to help with this cohort? This would be the second year I did it.

Um, and will you talk about dynamometry and force plate testing? Because those are not things that I do a ton of.

And so he's going to, he's going to speak about that in the cohort, um, which I'm excited about.

Like my, my, I'm, I'm interested to see if his presentation will convince me that I need force plates.

Like I have, um, I've spent a lot of time, you know, both helping runners lift weights and thinking about runners lifting weights.

And so, um, it'll be, it'll be a cool thing to do again and, you know, have some good people already signed up for it.

So obviously if anybody has any questions or you're interested, you can shoot me a message.

I'll put a link to the, to the sales page in the, uh, in the description of the episode and should be a good time.

Like, I really like I don't know where you're at when it comes to teaching like we both teach in different ways.
