The Episode with No Name

Why is business casual different at every job? That's an interesting one because it depends on, for me, who you talk to and what you do.

How many jobs have you had? One.

One.

Actually,

I'm a teacher, but I've had little things here and there.

Old question for you then.

Does business casual change based off of your principle?

Yeah.

Or is that more district

standard? No, that's a principal thing.

Okay.

For sure.

Has it changed? It hasn't changed my, what do you call it? Not my caring.

Like I care, but I don't dress up as much as I used to in teaching.

Yeah.

Okay.

If you know me, you know I love stories.

Yeah.

That's why I love talking to you.

Okay.

Well, I worked at a university in Nashville, Tennessee, a private Christian university.

And when I got there, well, let me say, actually, when I left there, one of the greatest things for me, I do not like public praise.

I don't do things for accolades.

I want for good things to be done.

And I want for my work to matter.
