You know, there are a lot of people in our industry that I hold in really high regard, but you are at the top of the list.

Well, I'm delighted and I think we have a shared goal of trying to make sure that the world has more dispute resolution professionals because the world needs them.
And I think also the better each one of us does, the better we all do collectively as an industry.

There's that rising tide raises all boats mentality that I swear the most successful professionals
And it is a mindset that really does make a big difference in practice development.

You know, such a good point, and it's one of the things we're going to be actually talking about today because when I thought, wow, I've got Natalie coming on, what do my listeners want to know? And then I thought, well, I know what they want to know because I hear, and I've been keeping track, I told you that I've been sort of keeping a list of what the most important frequently asked questions, the FAQs from new clients, people who come to programs, people who are in my incubator or my accelerator programs.

There are consistently five questions, and they're not a surprise to you because I bet they're the same exact ones you get, but there are five questions that are almost always top of mind for people when they talk to one of us.
