Christopher KeachGuestJohn SnellHostI, my bags are packed, and, uh, [chuckles] as soon as I can log off here, I'm heading to the airport to go to Japan.
I gain way too much weight over the week I'm there, but it's worth it, uh, 'cause the food and the drink and the, the company are absolutely amazing.
Uh, first one will be at Naito Gakki, which is a, uh, very esteemed, uh, music store in Kofu, Yamanashi Prefecture.
I will be there on September 19th, so if you're in that area, I th- they call Kofu the gateway to Mount Fuji, so I am looking forward to [chuckles] visiting.
And although I'll be in a music store all day, there's a lot of worse places I could be in a music store than, uh, just outside of Mount Fuji in the beautiful town of Kofu.
On the 21st, I head over to Fukuyama, which is, uh, not too far from Hiroshima, and, uh, I will be at the Brassworks exhibition.
I'll be there with mouthpieces as well as Charlie Davis trumpets and of course, Ulve mutes.
And then after that, I head back to Tokyo where I will be my home base at Joy Brass on the, uh, 22nd to the 24th.
So, uh, I think there are still some valve alignment spots available and consultation appointments, so contact the folks at Joy Brass.
They are in charge of all of my schedule at all of those places if you wanna get an alignment done or, uh, get booked for a consultation.
Boston always shows up for the valve alignments and mouthpieces, so if you've ever wanted to do one and you're in the New England area, make sure you schedule that appointment 'cause I can't change my flight.
