What changes have you seen in theater over the last few decades in regard to casting equality?

I think as like all progress, it never, we're always grateful that it happens, but always frustrated that it's not happening fast enough.

And so being able to watch sort of the change, um, the waves and ebbs and flows and pendulum swings of the industry especially in casting has been sort of both gratifying and also aggravating and in very i wouldn't say an equal measure because i do think with shows that have that continue to exist that give voice and give opportunity to people of color and, um, diverse artists, um, in many, many ways has been, has been wonderful to see and be a part of for all of the, for the different communities, um, that didn't have, that didn't have as much opportunity in the past.
