What does the sun mean to me? I think I'm going to start very sort of soppy beginning, very simple.

It's one of the only sort of, not only, but one of the main times in my days, in my weeks, where I'm able just to sit back and do absolutely nothing and just enjoy being is when I'm in the sun, usually.

Whether it's just in the morning, it doesn't have to be tanning or sunbedding or whatever it is.

you do do sunbeds not the sunbeds there just like on a bed in the sun it's not that it's just sat down it's really relaxing it's just being present and I think it's just really simply what life's about like there's no more relaxing feeling that I've ever experienced than falling asleep in the sun a little nap in the sun you feel so recharged it rejuvenates for me it brings me energy And it's such a relaxing and amazing thing.

It does help me so much, improve my mood, improve my outlook on life as well.

You know, whenever there's been a harsh winter in England, boom, comes around April, May time, the sun's out again.

I love the heat and I love the hot weather, but the sun for me is just relaxing.

It's just so present and, you know, automatically just for me improves a day.

And I think with what we're doing with the Mood Booster, very closely links in because it's about presence.

Often in the sun, some of my favorite memories of all time have been in the sun or outside or in nature, at least.
