Gary BertwistleHostWell, every individual lives moment by moment by a set of priorities, a set of values that are unique and fingerprint specific to them.
And many times, whenever we attempt to live by lower priority things, we tend to devalue ourselves, distract ourselves, and aren't as productive.
So identifying what really, really, really is truly most important to us, 'cause we can sometimes, many people can confuse that with duty and responsibilities and expectations and injected values of the herd and outside influences and lose track of what's really priority to them.
But finding out what their life really demonstrates that they spontaneously do that is truly meaningful to them, and keeping them prioritized and focused on that tends to increase their self-worth, increases their stability, increases their immunity, it increases their overall well-being and productivity.
So finding out what that is and looking at what their life truly demonstrates, not what people think.
And I ask people all the time, "How many of you want to be financially independent?" Everybody puts their hand up.
So many people live in a fantasy about what's important to them instead of looking honestly and really truly introspect and reflect on what's really, really, really showing spontaneously as an important thing to them.
And structuring your life accordingly and living congruently with integrity to that leads to a greater result and fulfillment in life.
So that's why I want to know what that is, to help people structure their lives so they can have more meaningful lives.

What's your life demonstrating, Dr. Demartini? When, when I, when I throw the spotlight onto you, what is your life demonstrating? And, and also with that, how do you know that you are actually being honest to yourself? Because you just said people think they are, but when they, when you really look at it, they're not.

So for you personally, as an example, what's your life demonstrating, and how do you know you're being honest to yourself?
And there's nothing I love more than getting to research, write, and teach, and travel.
So what in- brings a tear of inspiration to me, what I spontaneously do, and what I can't wait to do in the morning, and what I love doing every single day, which my life demonstrates, uh, is doing that.
Learning as much as I can and sharing as much as I can with people who are... that I can do a service to.
I, I- If you look at my life, you'll see that it's a good 14 hours a day doing that.
