Matt is finalizing a 13-page lending story and three-year forecast ahead of meetings with lenders, while Michael is deep in post-IMTS follow-up and caught in the pinch of being big enough to have…
Thankfully, I had a little bit of breathing room 'cause it was very much needed for some, some strategy that I need to get done 'cause I have a lending meeting coming up on Monday.
So final package is put together for our growth plan going into next year, and I'm starting the round of meetings, kind of prepping with them for who wants to take on, uh, Develop through this next growth curve as a lender.
And then, uh, there are some other curve balls that I hope I can share in the future that kinda hit my radar, of some exciting opportunities that might be coming Develop's way.

Um, but overall general feelings of the week was happy to have a lot of time for strategy 'cause it was needed for the lending package.
It's a 13-page lending story for what we're trying to put together on top of our P&L forecasting that we have to do for three years based on past data, trend analysis of old P&Ls and balance sheets, and then explaining why things didn't go per assumptions and what our new assumptions are and why.
And then it was meeting with, uh, architectural and civil group because plans are coming together.
We met with an overhead crane company to lay out our facility and what our crane's gonna look like in there.
Um, we kind of talk a little bit more about that 'cause the crane portion is an interesting engineering, uh, metrics-
