You know, I have a subscriber who's a financial advisor, and he said an 85-year-old little old lady walked into his office, never invested before in his life, said, I have $50,000.

Did he say what he did? Was he able to talk her down? Was he able to like settle it? Or did she just go on to the next brokerage house? I think still has an office.
