[upbeat music] We are a fast-growing creative company where the founders have quietly become, you know, the quality filter, the urgency engine, as well as the final approver on almost everything.

How do you get out of your own way without quality falling off of a cliff? Or the fear of quality falling off of a cliff.

And so therefore, when you actually make it your fault, no different than had you accidentally bumped into somebody, you would say, "Oh, excuse me.

Are, are you okay? Is there anything I can do?" You would do the same thing in business.

So because it's your fault that all roads now lead to the two of you, you have to get very much in touch with the fact that just like I was intimidating, you're micro managers, and everyone has a fear of disappointing you.

And because you express disappointment and you overcompensate with disappointment by, "Oh, well, really, that was okay.

I want to feel empowered and create art that I feel will take the company forward.
