i couldn't agree with you more um a lot of um the work that we do and the questions that we get at kirkpatrick um Lyon, you know, how do we do this? How do we scale a model throughout the organization and things like that? And I always say the first step is always alignment and leadership being on board.
Right.
They've got to really believe in it.
And we'll do like workshops and alignment workshops.
And it's great to have the entire L&D function in the room.
Right.
So they're all aligned on like the same model and all of those things.
And.
It also has to come from the leaders outside of the L&D function to really want that data and give them that ability.
And so it's almost a missed opportunity when they're not there.
So we see the exact same thing for sure.
