I Have Been Away…

Okay, let's talk about some fun stuff, gun projects.

Unfortunately, because again, the situation, I've been kind of limited a little bit on what I can do with the gun projects.

I posted a picture of it yesterday.

We've had it for a while.

I mean, I don't know, six weeks, a couple months.

One of those AKB 23 guns, and I've hinted around about these before.

These are the clones.

They're not a one-for-one clone.

It's kind of like a homage clone of a British Army bullpup, that green bullpup they use.

And I hear different, there's different versions of this bullpup.

Sometimes you call it SA-80.

Some people call it the L-85.

I can't remember.

I'm sure there's some obvious difference, but I've never cared that much.

We have something that That is based off of Brownells AR-180.

That has had a bunch of parts and receiver and things put on it.

To convert it into one of these British Army bullpups.

And we've got to shoot it.

I'm realizing it's like...

We buy these guns and we're so busy that a lot of times we don't get a chance to shoot them right away.

And obviously when we're dealing with the... with the French sniper rifle, that really burned us.

So, um, I'll even admit right now that, um, that FRF2 sniper rifle, the replacement that we, that we got in from, uh, uh, old Western scrounger Navy arms, I haven't shot it yet.

Um, that's going to, Other than handgun training, that is going to have to be the project this week.

I mean, if anything, just, you know, I mean, I guess I can't take it out and just test fire it because test firing it wouldn't have determined what we discovered with the original gun with the keyhole in 100 yards.

So I'm going to have to get out, get that scope on it, boresight it, and at least get it on paper at 100 yards to see what we're looking at.
