The Acts 3 Healing2:02 – 9:11

M

2:02

And so it will be in Acts chapter three, verses 11 through 26.

M

2:05

And the reality for us in Christ is that we do have limitations.

M

2:11

human limitations.

M

2:12

You can't be everywhere at once.

M

2:14

You can't read people's minds.

M

2:16

You and I do have personal limitations placed on us by God.

M

2:21

Now we also have strengths, but we also have weaknesses.

M

2:24

And those are all product of common grace.

M

2:26

When God created the world, he gave everybody strengths and weaknesses.

M

2:30

He made us all similar that we're all human beings, but he gave us a variety of strengths and weaknesses.

M

2:37

And he gave that to everybody on earth.

M

2:41

And just because you are maybe someone you're like, I feel like I have a lot of strengths and I don't have that many weaknesses, that's God's common grace on your life.

M

2:48

But the reality is every single person on this earth has personal limitations.

M

2:55

We all have our own personal problems.

M

2:58

But after we come to saving faith in Jesus Christ, we have to realize that our personal limitations are not limitations for our God.

M

3:08

Can I get an amen on that? And just a reminder, I said this last week, I'm gonna say this week.

M

3:13

You know, I'm a kind of preacher that I love feedback.

M

3:16

I do, I really do.

M

3:18

And so as I'm going through this message this morning, if something's really good, you can say amen.

M

3:24

You can say, that's good.

M

3:27

And if it's really convicting, look to your neighbor and say, that was for you.

M

3:30

All right? Tell them.

M

3:32

Tell them that was for you.

M

3:33

And if you're really humble, you can say, that was for me.

M

3:35

Okay? All right.
