Titans Tape Shows Pros & Cons of Cam Ward & Daboll + Ravens Preview | The Install w/ Greg Cosell

This was a frustrating game in Tennessee, before Tennessee, Greg, weather aside, because you saw an improvement, a significant improvement from one half to another, specifically from the quarterback, and then he throws an untimely interception that loses the game, and that becomes the narrative for the week.

Right.

That's all people want to talk about.

And but I thought it's funny in the second half.

And obviously, this doesn't mean that all of a sudden their offense is great.

We know there's still issues.

I think they have the highest three and out rate of any team in the league.

And obviously, that needs to change.

They've punted the second

most times in football this year, too.

Yeah.

But in the second half, they had 16 first downs on three drives.

And they were marching up and down the field with a good mix of run and pass.

It was mostly a short passing game.

Ward was extremely comfortable.

He started, you know, it's funny.

I was watching that.

And as most people know, on Sundays, I watch Red Zone.

So I'm not seeing every play.

I don't get a feel for a game.

I'm just watching, you know, plays.

And I'm watching the tape and all of a sudden in the second half, I'm saying to myself, he looks comfortable.

He looks in command.

He looks like he's having fun playing football.

Like, you know, like he's just out there doing what what he did, like when I was watched him at the University of Miami last year.
