Episode 84: Emerging Illumineers - Erick (@GranolaTCG)

Um, I grew up, you know, playing Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh, uh, just from watching the shows just as a kid.

And I love the, love the TV shows.

I'm wearing even like a little Bulbasaur sweater,

but yeah, You know,

I, I love Pokemon.

It's just a part of my childhood.

I love the video games the most as a kid.

And then, you know, did some collecting of cards.

And the channel that I have even it really started with some Pokemon content, because I was collecting Pokemon at the time.

And then it kind of transitioned into more Larkana focus.

But yeah, what lorecon is the first game i've ever really i would say tried to be good at and tried to like learn how to play really really well uh when all those other tcgs it was more like the side content that drove it for me like the animes or you know the video games and those kinds of things

Okay, very cool.

Yeah, I, you know, I talked to a lot of people that that's kind of their background.

They came from Pokemon, they came from Yu-Gi-Oh! And, you know, and then it's more of like...

Like a lot of them I talk to, they're like, yeah, we played the game.

But, you know, it's more like we put down a card.

It had higher numbers.

That means we won.

You know, it's like, you know, okay,

sure.

That's, you know.

I didn't know how to play Pokemon until like this year.

And I've owned so many Pokemon cards.

And so totally get it.

That's awesome.
