You know, I, [clears throat] in this new book I'm putting out, I, I, I talk about a little bit about ancestral trauma, and I think it's just unprocessed energy moving through bi-biology.

... do, do you know, do you know what that, that sort of lineage of trauma or fight or flight was?
Yeah, I mean, I think that, you know, obviously we inherit a lot of this stuff, um, cellularly being in utero with our mothers and, and then we're always-- it's always circulating in our system.
So for sure there was a lot on my mother's side, but I also know that there was a lot on my father's side as well.
You know, when I look to my family lineage on both sides of my family, I'm in a unique position as the first one yet in both sides of my family to be in this place, this place that I consider a true gift, to be able to address these things and see how I'm the first person where this is available to me, this level of healing.
We are-- not only heal the people in our lives directly in front of us, we also heal our children, if we happen to have children, and we actually also heal our ancestors.
Like that, um, it really does happen even if they're, they are being healed on the other side just by us doing our own healing work.

It's a human construct and, um, but it's, it's like this circle and, and you know, you're just completing the circle and I think it's, you know, our generation's, uh, and, and people who are coming up today role to break this, this chain of bondage because that's really what-

Well, one time I was, [clears throat] I came home and I drew a, a DNA strand on my whiteboard, and I put mom on the left and dad on the right, you know, and obviously we get this genetic inheritance, but there's also that entire energetic inheritance as well because every experience our parents had in the external world is reflected in their chemistry, which is reflected in their biology.

So, you know, if you think about the-- If you look at a D- a DNA strand, it's like a, a stairway coming into this life, you know? And I think our job is to deconstruct that stairway, you know, break all of those inherited negative things, take the positive and, you know, liberate yourself and create your own stairway back, back to yourself.
