Taylor SchoutenGuestAlicia HarlovHostThere are clients that I see more than some of my best friends that I want to spend time with, but obviously life and whatever.
And so... naturally like obviously I know that some of my clients listen to this and I don't want them to be like oh my goodness like Alicia just endures us like I absolutely love my relationships with everybody I get to see and you know some more than others and hopefully they know who they are but it is it's so funny how like you have a set like four to six weeks that you go out and see these people and you hear everything about their lives and there is so much more to being a hoof care provider than just being a hoof care provider and It's it can be hard.
I mean, it can be hard in any job, but it is hard sometimes to try to focus on two things at once in terms of like, I'm trying to get this foot where I want it.
But I also want to be, you know, a good relational conversationalist with whatever.
Like sometimes I don't know if you hear this, but sometimes owners drop like crazy bombs on you.
I've known about so many things that I'm like, dude, I want to rip this out of my ears because I don't want to know this right now.
and I don't know if you've gotten to the you know obviously you have way more training in this that I do but I have had to and I'm sure other hoof care providers have had to go through this too master the like neutral Switzerland like I am of no opinion on anything sort of approach in a lot of instances where like people say things and I'm like don't react don't react like don't react it is hard man yeah
