Jenny YeremiyHostI was there when the actual crash happened and I saw what happened in Oklahoma.
And I saw education like when I went to school there, the university and schools that I went to were in the top 15.
I watched, you know, all of the televangelist movement that moved into Oklahoma at that particular time.
Ultimately, people in government need to have the bottom floor that they need to have as humans are humans.
um nobody's special the color of your skin where you were born any of that does not make you special what makes you special is the way that you treat other people comes back to the foundation of what was taught in in a lot of those evangelical um movements i've literally watched it change and instead of helping people and improving them and showing you know that they can do better They're giving them less information, less choices and, you know, constantly turning around and using that information to make themselves wealthier.
And I'm terrified because it's the exact same language that we're getting here that I saw back there 30 some years ago.
i'm i'm desperate to see alberta succeed and and that to me when when you have people who are only looking out for their bottom dollar they're not paying attention to what albertans really need
i feel the same way that linda does like the fact that we've got people that are on the streets and we've got online gambling ads every like tiny turnaround all of that stuff that takes and sets people up for more despair, more loss is to me pathetic.
And we were importing all of that white Christian nationalism, all that white idea of that they're superior and the white man should be the one that on the top of the totem pole, getting rid of DEI, legislating what universities can teach and what they can do, changing all of the curriculum in the schools.
