Danny FriscoGuestOne of the questions I wanted to eventually ask was kind of around the commoditization, if that's the right word of, of kind of your space and how it's take before this deal.
For me, if I was evaluating Rapido versus Lean as a potential buyer, it's hard to really break down why one might be better than the other.
And it's not definitively clear that, well, if they're in Colombia, they're better than Mexico or better than Philippines.
So it's like, Often, I think if you really simplify it from the buyer's perspective, we're just looking for somebody to track the loads for us at a cheaper price than it would be for me in Chicago to track the loads.
And so I'm curious how you think about breaking away from that commodity mindset.
And like, what are the actual actions you have to take within your business to become more of that consultative strategic partner?

Well, one of which is to make the investments before you start selling new approaches and products.

So we back in 24, when all of, you know, when you, when a number of the AI companies, you know, landed on the scene saying, Hey, we have AI, we're going to change the world in one year, you're going to have blinking lights, no people, um, And we said, well, let's see what they look like in a year.

Let's do... assessments on our existing clients to see where you know ai really does fit where where it's where it's it can be applied because remember in fact i think i know a little bit about the history You go way back with some of the pioneers in this industry, right? With the David Bells and the Robert Cadenas who were actually founders of this business.

And they built, they had a great idea and they combined and just through grit determination built a great company.
