Convergys

So it was always a combination of consulting, really strong people and tech, and also leveraging global resources, whether it was India, Philippines, Latin America.

And so cutting my teeth in services back then The company was Convergys.

We changed the name from Matrix Marketing to Convergys.

Convergys was sold in the last few years to a company called Concentrix, and now it's a large BPO processor.

But after I left there, I moved into private equity, being an operator for private equity firms.

Lean now represents the sixth company I've led as the key operator or CEO or COO or president.

But, yeah, so that's my background, and I've been heads down for now it's two and a half years, and it's been a lot of fun.

We've done a lot of amazing things within the company in that short amount of time to kind of take it to a new level.

Where did you used to work?

I've worked at Convergys.

I mean, I've worked at a lot of different places.

My last place of employment was Convergys.

It's a call center.
