Flava Football Show - 2nd September 2026

It's football time again.

Your favorite local football show.

Let's go to West Africa, where every player who comes, comes from Europe.

Do they all play? Let's be fair, please.

The Ivorians, the Nigerians, you find there's maybe only one local player.

player who is a goalkeeper everyone has flown from europe they are over 23. do they all play no no no they don't all play now they should negotiate with the coach say if i don't play

i'll go back there's a point you're missing we're talking about developmental players how old is the um

this is not developmental this player is in europe

I agree with you when you talk about patriotism.

And here's where I have a problem with patriotism.

It's a

two-way thing.

With

all the work that Bruce did, there are issues according to how he came out in the name of patriotism.

And I think patriotism should not only be a one-sided affair.

It should be a both-sided affair.

And I think...

When a player feels that they are not ready to come, and for whatever reason, if they cannot give 100%, then well and good.

They are better off communicating in advance.

In Zambia, we don't support corruption.

No.

No, no.

You know, we have this belief that most teams that have gone to the biggest stages...

They are buying refs.

they are buying referees.
