Tristan CarosinoHostKevin PeltonHostWell, it gives us an extensive list of toasts this week because we are going to toast to some of the things we didn't get to toast to last week, starting with a congratulations to Torrance star Hillary Knight, who became the all-time leading scorer for USA Women's Hockey in Olympic play with her game-tying goal late in the third period.
Hello! of the gold medal game of the Milano Cortina Olympics against rival Canada.
The USA went on to win 2-1 in OT, giving Knight as team captain her second gold medal to go along with three silvers.

The torrent was also represented in the USA roster by alternate captain Alex Carpenter, forward Hannah Bilka, and defender Kayla Barnes, while forward Julia Gosling won silver with Canada.
Knight revealed this week, as part of the post-Olympics celebration, that she played on an MCL injury during the Olympics, which resulted in her going on long-term IR for the torrent, but did set up her terrific appearance on SNL on Saturday night.
