I think sometimes we become obsessive one way or the other with between family time and between business.

And I think the number one thing is that we need to have balance, which sometimes doesn't exist.

But then the reward was, you know, going away for the weekend with, you know, my husband.

So I think the advice that I would give to anyone who is a business owner, number one would be to feed your mind, read, study, get a coach, implement, take time for yourself to sit in a coffee shop and write out the strategies.

Where do you see your business in a year from now? And I will tell you this, which I've learned from my coaches, businesses many years ago used to plan five and 10 years in advance.

Put together a 30, 60, 90-day plan, maybe two years max because life is changing so fast.

But if you don't take the time to sit in silence with yourself and you're just busy, busy, busy, it's not a good thing.

The other thing, number two, would be to when you're at work, be present at work and don't feel guilty that you're not with your family.

And when you're with your family, don't feel guilty that you're not working on your stuff.
