Can you tell us why you voted against the Clarity Act yesterday? What are your concerns?
I'm not prepared to talk with you about that at the moment.

I think it is a bubble that will burst.
Divestment is what was required.
And you know what? And this would apply to all elected officials.
What are your concerns with it?
My concern is farmers in my state are so, so concerned that they won't be able to get loans for their farms from small-town banks, the yields that are available under the bill.
I think this is something that can be fixed.
Senator Moran, I think who also voted no, has language that would fix this.
But you are in favor
of it otherwise, other than
that? My big issue is just with that.
